Focus: Communicate with power

Being known isn't enough if people don't understand what you do. A fuzzy message leads to fuzzy results. Too often, people inside a company have trouble translating their products and services into language that works.

We won't just string a bunch of buzzwords together and hope people have a translator handy. If you're selling "robust seamless integrated productivity solutions," we'll keep asking questions until we understand what that means. Then we'll turn it into language that anyone can understand.

Then we'll find the right channels to reach the people who will soon be your customers. Soon, you'll find that people actually understand what you're selling.

It's a funny thing - people don't get out their checkbooks until they know what they're buying. Our job at Carter-Harwell is to make sure they know.
